1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services
Ek Duje Ke Liye is an educational seminar and couple development initiative led by Mr. Manish Vaghasiya. Services offered through www.ekdujekeliye.in include seminar registration, digital entry pass delivery, and live workshop sessions.
By booking a pass or completing an order on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Strict 100% Non-Refundable & Event Transfer Policy
સેમિનાર નોંધણી ફી 100% નોન-રિફંડેબલ છે અને આગામી કે બીજા કોઈ ઇવેન્ટમાં ટ્રાન્સફર થશે નહીં.
- No Refunds Under Any Circumstances: All registration fee payments made through Razorpay or official channels are 100% Non-Refundable. No refunds will be provided for mistaken bookings, personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, weather, late arrival, or absenteeism (“No Refund Means Strictly No Refund”).
- No Transfer to Upcoming or Other Events: Passes are valid solely for the scheduled date and batch booked. The Ek Duje Ke Liye organizers will NOT transfer, carry forward, or adjust registrations to any future seminar, upcoming date, or other city.
- Self-Arranged Handover (At Your Own End): If you mistakenly paid or cannot attend, you are permitted to give your confirmed pass to another couple at your own level and responsibility. The Ek Duje Ke Liye team will NOT find or coordinate a replacement couple for you.
- Personalized Gifts & Photo Frame Exception: All seminar welcome kits, customized gifts, mementos, and framed photos are prepared exclusively with the names and photograph of the original registered couple. If another couple attends in your place, they will NOT receive gifts or photos personalized in their name.
- Advance Commitments: Auditorium seating, venue production, and customized couple kits are pre-funded immediately upon registration confirmation.
3. Admission & Seminar Code of Conduct
- Each pass admits exactly one couple (2 adults — married, engaged, or committed).
- Children and non-registered guests are strictly not permitted inside the seminar hall to ensure a focused, comfortable environment for all couples.
- Attendees must present their verified digital or printed pass with QR code at the seminar reception desk upon arrival.
4. Organizer Rescheduling
In the rare event that a seminar batch is rescheduled by the organizers due to administrative, venue, or weather conditions, all confirmed registrations will automatically be honored for the revised session date at no extra charge.
